Camp is tomorrow and i have a 5 hour drive ahead of me, so until next Saturday!

Alas my friends alas

I started reading Alas, Babylon a few days ago and it really isn't that bad it's actually pretty good. My only problem is with all the writing! A page and a half of research on the cold war, character description, key facts, theme, and summery of each chapter. And for the other book (which i haven't started yet) calls for a prologue at least a page and a half and some kind of thing like mrs. jackson had us do for every chapter or something about paragraphs, still confused about that one. And then i'm reading the Queen of Camelot which is six hundred pages small print ugg, if only my dad would just let go ahead and buy a house!!!!

good grief

While I was working at the shop a lady asks do you work here, i said yes, so she asks me is this an 18 inch board? I go and measure it tell her no its a 20 inch so she asks me to find her an 18 inch board. Tell me why do i need to find it if she has two eyes and all the boards are in the EXACT same place labeled with the correct size?! I mean come on!

Camping

Next weekend i shall be at diabetes camp havin' loads of fun :], if anyone wants a letter tell me ( pretty sure none of you do..) I think i'll be back the 3rd.. so in advance good bye my friends .

are you a nutter for Potter?

I had big plans this Friday to dress up for the Harry Potter movie at the the Alamo but was sorely disappointed when they stopped ( you got a free popcorn for dressing up )

*sigh* But! I have a movie review for you guys , for all of you have read the book it just isn't as exciting.. well except for the end, the end was good. :] Uloma for info. on the mushy romantic part that i believe you will like e-mail me ;] The movie kinda skips around and was a bit empty .. Neville had a emo Peter Parker look :] , at the Alamo they are having a Harry Potter feast !it sounded pretty good , we should go.. but its like $60 yikes..
I know this is probably old , but have ya'll seen bothering snape?
A warning to all who preorder the last Harry Potter Book if you tell me about it before I read it, somewhere around Christmas, I will be very, VERY angery!

When you go to the doctor you're selfconsious right ? Well I have a new developed attitude, I simple don't care! I've had this doctor since I was born I think he's seen hairy legs before! I mean he doesn't shave his legs! My mom was astonished to see I hadn't shaved them but you know what MAN I FEEL LIKE A WOMAN!

the Beast

In the mornings i wake up at 5:45 to go to katy and run with this "club" of girls and boys from the katy area. The coach is a funny, Eric Foreman kind of guy. And everytime you turn around he has these "inspirational" sayings for runners such as "the fun begins, when the work starts" or "don't waste a heartbeat!" he'll ride his bike out and follow us as we run and for the girls who do 6 or 7 miles are stuck with him behind them which i'm sure after running for that long they would want to reach out and knock him off his bike.But the really funny thing is when a girl is really fast they call her a beast. Never heard of it before but i shall try to become one.

the mummy!

The third mummy movie is coming out July 11, 2008!!!!!!! They did an awesome job of finding a guy (Luke Ford) that looks almost exactly like Brandon Fraiser to be Alex but the only problem is they cast someone else as Evelyn!! They should have begged her or changed the script, it just won't be the same! The new film will have Jet Li as the new mummy and you know what? I will so be there for the first show, dressed up as somethin'! :]

Wolves in Alaska DESERVE to live

The state of Alaska has sponsored an aerial wolf shooting scheme and oblivious to the Alaskan people's opposition to the killings, Governor Murkowsi goes with hunting interests. Now, you may ask what is aerial wolf shooting ? Aerial wolf shooting is the cruel practice of running the wolves until they are exhausted and they are then shot from helicopters. The reason for this is greed! Apparently they want more hunters to kill the moose for sport instead of the wolves eating them to survive, besides the fact that wolves eat the sick and the elderly which are not the best picks for hunting.
