good grief
While I was working at the shop a lady asks do you work here, i said yes, so she asks me is this an 18 inch board? I go and measure it tell her no its a 20 inch so she asks me to find her an 18 inch board. Tell me why do i need to find it if she has two eyes and all the boards are in the EXACT same place labeled with the correct size?! I mean come on!

It's quite obvious, your standered American bystander is, of course, retarted. The special brand of smart ones are branded as: Outsider, Heretic, Asian, Different,Nerd,Geek. Also, 2/3 of this country don't even know where Iraq is. :P
