My uncle locked his keyes in his truck and we had to get a police officer to open it for him. Which was really simple, it took him 3 seconds! My other uncle was laughing of course and asked does he get a ticket for being stupid ? The guy gave him a look and said if I was paid everytime I've had to open someone's car I'd be billionare.
Just think if they gave tickets out to people being stupid people like Paris, and Brittney would no longer be rich and our government would have more then enough money to pay teachers and HARD working Americans!!!!!!

That would be awesome! Except, someone else gets paid when you do something stupid.
The rich people would still be rich. They have lawyers.
